The investor matchmaking platform is invite-only and provided for informational purposes. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

Investor rankings are generated from available data and scoring logic. Users remain responsible for their own diligence, outreach decisions, and compliance obligations.

Approved credentials are personal to the approved user and must not be shared. Access may be revoked at any time.

Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the service, probe internal APIs, or submit malicious input.

These terms are a baseline product notice and should be reviewed by counsel before broad public release.
